It could be said that almost all the good practice recipes used in other parts of the world have been implemented in the region and the general feeling of citizens is that they have not been able to produce results. Is the region a very specific context where nothing works? The quick answer is: we don't know. at least ten characteristics of the security policy implementation processes in Latin America:
Most of the measures developed respond to a process of importing initiatives that have had Italy Email List results in other contexts. Taken from countries where control and prevention interventions generally based on evidence have been designed, the policy initiatives developed in Latin America have remained mainly a matter of names.
